Property Market Update Q1 2019

During the first quarter of 2019, the Illawarra property market experienced some mixed results. In the sales market, house values declined by -10% where as apartments by just -2.7%. The rental market remained quite consistent compared to this time last year with unit’s rental yield being higher than house dwellings.
